There is nothing we did not like about this hotel. However the rooms at the back are quieter than the rooms facing the road,so we were happy with what we were given.10 out of 10

We have a fantastic time with Aonang Goodwill. From the outside of the hotel, it doesn't look as good as the inside. I can say that the inside of the hotel is exactly like a five star hotel. The staffs are perfect. They assist you with any requirement that you need. I will give 10 out of 10 for everything. We have a fabulous time. Thank you Aonang Goodwill staffs.
Perfect!!

The staff on this family driven hotel is simply wonderfull. We was very well recieved and the desk manager was really helpfull and supporting in any issue during our stay. The rooms are big, beds are large and good - and definetly the cleanest rooms we've ever seen. Breakfast buffet was cheap and better than any of nearby restaurants. Must say again - We felt real genuine welcome here and will no doubt stay here again next time.

The staff was nice. The rooms are very clean, and well furnished. Rooms look better than the hotel itself. A few hours after we checked out, we could still use the shower, and towels free of charge.
The rooms in the back are quieter, than the ones in the front of the building. The front ones have better view though.

The staff were extremely attentive, the hotel was run with, as the name suggests, with a lot of goodwill. I cannot praise it enough, we had a perfect 9 day stay.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was to much trouble. Nice little touches like free umbrella's, Beach mat's etc...and excellent information in the welcome pack in your room
Only real short coming was no onsite food facility....Only breakfast was available and not very good to be honest.

It was quite central to the beach and nightlife, the room was very spacious and clean.
It's very basic and I would only suggest 1 or 2 nights maximum as there's not a lot of facilities either.

Staff are amazing. Especially the lovely lady with the really good english whos there during the day. They made us feel so welcome when we arrived there-bringing us a drink of water. They do great rates on trips and tours and let you pay for everything altogether when you check out. Lovey restaurant nearby called the Massoman-delicious cheap food, lovely staff and excellent watermelon juices.
Wifi signal was very weak in the room we stayed in but could use it in the lobby. Credit card machine out of order but thats not unusual in Thailand

I like everything about this hotel. It's great value for money. It was perfect for us we stayed for two nights after travelling from Phi Phi at the end of our trip as we where flying from Krabi. The hotel is very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again.
